About Virtual Attendance
The option of attending the conference remotely via live streaming allows virtual attendees to watch and participate live from anywhere in the world. If you can't participate live on the day or are looking for a refresher on what you have seen, virtual attendees can also choose to watch some or all of the sessions after the event with access to all conference materials. Virtual Attendance tickets give the participants the ability to ask questions from panelists, see the other questions being asked and vote on the award winners! Note that Physical Attendees have access to the same recorded content.

How do we do this? Our platform acts as a middleware where the entire customer journey is being hosted incl. 1) front-end, 2) quotation, 3) offer, 4) binding, 5) payments, 6) policy issuances, 7) policy storage and 8) possibilities to integrate relevant third party services (i.e. chatbots, credit checks, data provider etc.). The connectivity to the insurance policy system is done via 1) creating a dashboard link within a group contract with real-time policy access but hosting on our systems 2) using virutal agents and bot macros to simulate manual input 3) various export/import features limiting the requirement of the policy system to create a product and create/find customer.
