Evangelos has worked in the life and health primary insurance industry in various managing and steering positions such as marketing & sales, business development, and market strategy (B2B and B2B2C). His main focus covers digital and customer related topics as well as omni channel management, digital health, and business model innovation. In his latest role he was steering and implementing digital advisory and health services solutions, and developing new business models with strong emphasis on value creation, customer journey and experience management, and business architecture design. Prior to this he worked as a strategic consultant mainly in the healthcare, life sciences, and financial services sector focusing on go to market, restructuring, post-merger integration, innovation, and growth initiatives.
Evangelos has studied sport sciences (minor in mathematics and fine arts), business information technology as well as business administration. He holds a doctoral degree in business administration.
